We are excited to welcome back Spokane born and raised award winning chef Chad White again this year.  Chad is a two time James Beard Award Semifinalist 2020 and 2022 for Best Chef Northwest and Pacific and you may know him for introducing lobster rolls to Spokane and more recently for his new venture Zona Blanca.  Chad’s love of bold flavors and use of fresh and fragrant ingredients certainly excites the palate so expect an eclectic take on classics and get your tastebuds ready!

Chad will be serving up dinner, late night munchies and concessions which will be available for purchase all weekend.
